a little christmas decorating... i love my little white trees - recycled - upcycled - from an old white christmas tree.
but my treasured finds - are peeking out from underneath one of these sweet trees!
glass jelly molds. i discovered them in my favorite thrifty haunt on friday - and couldn't pass them up...maybe if there had been one - but two! perfect!!

happy belated thanksgiving! this year thanksgiving was sandwiched between two christmas shows... as well as trying to have enough product prepared..my studio had to be packed up(did i tell you my studio is my dining room!) and the house de-cluttered and cleaned!!
on thanksgiving day - we had the joy of 10 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child, 1 baby, two dogs, and 1 roasting turkey in 500 square feet of space!! i love having my family around - we ate, yakked, played, and ate some more...
and then friday morning...we enlisted the help of my family to some mad sewing. jayme - aka trashbaggs had her first show - and we had just not been able to stockpile as much as we thought we needed. we couldn't have been ready without them! thank you family!!
friday was also my brother-in-laws 40th birthday. we went for some disco bowling!, chinese supper - number 9 restaurant, and then ice skating at the richmond oval.
it is the long track speed-skating venue for the 2010 olympics. we were all stoked to get to be where the action would be in february!!
